These terms explain how customers and technicians should use Fixerezo.
1. Platform role
Fixerezo is a marketplace that helps customers discover technicians and helps technicians present their services. Fixerezo is not the service provider for the work booked between customers and technicians.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate job details, use technician contact information only for real service requests, communicate respectfully, and leave honest reviews based on real experiences.
3. Technician responsibilities
Technicians must keep profile information accurate, only list services they are qualified to perform, behave professionally, respect customer privacy, and avoid false claims, spam, or misuse of platform data.
4. Verification and visibility
Fixerezo may review, limit, suspend, or remove profiles at its discretion when information appears false, incomplete, unsafe, abusive, or harmful to customers or the platform.
5. Payments and service outcomes
Any pricing, negotiation, payment, warranty, or service outcome is agreed directly between the customer and the technician unless Fixerezo clearly states otherwise in a future feature.
6. Reviews and content
Users may submit reviews, profile content, and job details, but that content must be lawful, respectful, and connected to real platform activity. Fixerezo may remove misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.
7. Account safety
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Fixerezo may require additional verification steps to protect accounts and platform trust.
8. Limitation of responsibility
Fixerezo does not guarantee technician availability, service quality, pricing, timelines, or outcomes. Users are responsible for making their own decisions before booking or hiring.
9. Updates to these terms
Fixerezo may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
10. Account registration
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep their account details up to date. Fixerezo may suspend or remove accounts that use false identity details, fake contact information, or misleading service claims.
11. Prohibited behavior
Users may not use Fixerezo for fraud, harassment, spam, fake reviews, unlawful conduct, scraping, account abuse, or any attempt to interfere with the platform, other users, or platform trust signals.
12. Content moderation
Fixerezo may review, edit, limit, hide, or remove listings, reviews, profile content, messages, and user-generated content that appears unsafe, abusive, irrelevant, deceptive, or damaging to the platform.
13. Suspension and termination
Fixerezo may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts when users violate these terms, create safety risks, submit false information, abuse customers or technicians, or damage the platform experience.
14. Disputes between users
Disputes about service quality, pricing, timing, workmanship, cancellations, or property damage are primarily between the customer and technician. Fixerezo may assist with platform records where available, but it is not the direct party to the service contract.
15. Intellectual property
The Fixerezo brand, platform design, content structure, and original platform materials remain the property of Fixerezo unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, resell, or misuse platform assets without permission.
16. Regional use
Fixerezo primarily serves Jordan and the wider MENA region. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with any local laws or regulations that apply to them.
