FIXEREZO BILLING

Billing Policy

This page explains how technician subscription charges, auto-renewal, cancellation timing, and the no-refund policy work on Fixerezo.

1. Payment Provider

Fixerezo currently uses PayPal for technician subscription checkout. The payment experience may redirect a technician to the official PayPal checkout flow before returning to the Fixerezo dashboard.

2. Free Trial First

Every new technician starts with a 30-day free trial. The trial is intended to give technicians time to set up the profile, test the platform, and decide whether to continue with a paid plan before any paid billing begins.

3. Paid Plan Billing

A paid technician subscription activates a fixed billing cycle for platform visibility and plan features. During the current launch structure, the paid cycle may cover 60 days when the launch offer applies. Plan pricing and any launch discounts are shown at checkout and in the dashboard before payment is completed.

4. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are intended to renew automatically at the applicable renewal price unless the technician cancels auto-renew before the next billing date. Where a launch offer or promotional period applies, the next renewal uses the standard renewal price shown by Fixerezo at checkout or in the dashboard.

5. Cancellation

A technician may cancel auto-renew at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge only. Cancellation does not remove access immediately, and the current paid subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

6. No Refund Policy

Because Fixerezo already provides a free trial for evaluation, paid subscription charges are non-refundable once a paid billing cycle begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A technician who cancels auto-renew keeps access through the end of the active paid period but should not expect a partial or full refund for unused time.

7. Failed Payments and Access

If a renewal payment fails or a subscription is not renewed successfully, the technician profile may lose paid visibility and related subscription features once the active paid period ends. Fixerezo may send reminders or warnings before or after the end date when possible.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Abuse

Technicians should contact Fixerezo support before escalating a billing issue to a bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Chargebacks, payment abuse, or fraudulent billing disputes may lead to subscription loss, account review, restricted access, or other platform action when appropriate.

9. Billing Communications

Fixerezo or its payment provider may send receipts, billing confirmations, cancellation confirmations, renewal notices, payment-failure notices, and subscription status updates to the email address associated with the technician account or payment record.

10. Current Renewal Reference Prices

At the time of this policy, the standard renewal reference prices shown by Fixerezo are $19.99 for Pro and $29.99 for Premium where applicable, while Basic may renew at the stated dashboard or checkout price. If pricing changes later, the price shown by Fixerezo at the time of renewal controls.

11. Changes to This Policy

Fixerezo may update this billing policy as subscription features, renewal systems, pricing, or payment-provider workflows evolve. Continued use of paid subscription features after an update means acceptance of the updated billing policy.

12. Billing Contact

For subscription billing questions, cancellation requests, or payment-related concerns, contact Fixerezo through the official support channels shown on the platform.
