Fixerezo may collect account details such as name, email, phone number, profile details, location details you choose to share, messages sent through the platform, and public review content.
2. Why we use your data
We use your data to create accounts, power search and technician discovery, support communication between users, improve trust and safety, maintain the platform, and respond to support or security issues.
3. Location data
If a technician chooses to save location details, Fixerezo may use that information to help nearby customers find them on the map and in local search results.
4. Sharing of information
Fixerezo may show selected profile information publicly inside the platform, such as technician names, services, areas, profile content, ratings, and reviews. We do not sell personal information as part of the normal product flow.
5. Messaging and support
Messages, account actions, and certain platform events may be stored so the service can function properly, prevent abuse, and help resolve disputes or support requests.
6. Security
We use reasonable platform and authentication safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security. Users should also protect their own devices, passwords, and account access.
7. Your choices
Users can update profile information, change passwords, and request account deletion using platform tools when available. Some operational or legal records may still be retained where required.
8. Future verification features
Fixerezo may introduce phone verification, identity checks, qualification uploads, or trust signals to improve safety and platform quality. If that happens, this policy may be updated to reflect those features.
9. Cookies & tracking
Fixerezo may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, maintain sessions, and analyze platform usage. Users can control cookie preferences through their browser settings.
10. Third-party services
Fixerezo uses third-party services including Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, and mapping services for location-based features. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices which users are encouraged to review.
11. Children's privacy
Fixerezo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Data retention
We retain user data for as long as an account remains active or as needed to provide services, maintain safety, and meet legal obligations. After a valid account deletion request, personal data will be removed within 30 days except where longer retention is required by law.
13. International users
Fixerezo operates primarily in Jordan and the MENA region. By using the platform from outside Jordan, users understand that their information may be processed in accordance with Jordanian law and the operational practices of the platform.
14. Changes to this privacy policy
Fixerezo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Users may be notified of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
