Fixerezo credits and third-party sources

This page collects the third-party sources that help power Fixerezo visuals, maps, UI components, and repair-reference links. The goal is to keep attribution clear, tidy, and easy to review.

Icons and visual assets

Fixerezo uses third-party icon and SVG resources in different parts of the product. We keep these sources listed here so attribution stays clear and easy to review.

SVG Repo

Used for a number of SVG icons and service or category assets. Source credit goes back to SVG Repo and to the original icon designers behind the published assets.

Lucide Animated

Used for animated Fixie chat icons and assistant state visuals through the imported component registry flow.

Maps and public data services

Some product surfaces depend on public mapping or infrastructure sources that power discovery and navigation.

OpenStreetMap

Used in the search experience for public map tiles and location browsing. Map attribution also remains visible inside the map.

Repair knowledge sources

Fixie may reference trusted third-party repair knowledge sources. When that happens, the source should be shown clearly, the original guide should remain linked back to its source, and the external source should not be presented as endorsing Fixerezo.

iFixit

Used by Fixie as a linked repair-reference source for troubleshooting help. Original guides and repair content remain attributed to iFixit and their contributors, with source links shown when referenced.

iFixit Licensing

iFixit states its content is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 3.0. Fixerezo therefore keeps the usage boundary limited to short guidance, visible attribution, and source links rather than republishing full third-party guides inside the product.
